The call for papers will open on 3 November 2008 and should fit into one of the aforementioned proposed panels.

All the participants (academics, representatives from the media, members of unions for people with disabilities) should fill in the registration form and submit an abstract of the paper (max. 350 words).

Participants will be grouped into panels with other participants working on the same subject by the Selection Committee.  All participants will be informed whether their paper is accepted or not.  Participants whose papers are accepted will be informed in which panel they are placed and will be given details to contact the other participants of the same panel.  Each panel will consist of 5 participants and one co-ordinator of the panel and the duration of each panel will be 2 hours.

The organizers of the Conference will provide participants with: laptop, DVD player and slide projector for the needs of their presentation.
